*We require a credit card deposit to make a reservation for the following: Any time you are booking more than one spa service (hair & waxing excluded). Any time you make a reservation for more than one person. Any time you make a reservation online.

*For safety reasons, children under 14 are only permitted in the spa areas with an appointment.

*We do not perform massage or body treatments on minors unaccompanied by a legal guardian.

*Please arrive 15 min. prior to your scheduled service. All services conclude on time as a courtesy to the following appointment. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments. An unrushed treatment will be performed only for the remainder of the scheduled session. You will be responsible for the full service fee.

*We request the courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation notice for all services. You will be charged 50% of your service cost if you cancel within 24 hours. We understand that emergencies occur, so please call us and we will reschedule your services at no additional charge. All 'No show' appointments will be charged for all services in full. This applies to all gift cards or certificates, as well as all specials and coupons.

*We provide a guarantee of satisfaction with our retail products for up to 10 days from date of purchase. A 5% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
